PCGLOW provides network design, installation and support service from IT Audit, through installation of cabling & trunking, network infrastructure hardware installation & configuration, server & client PC installation, to the final testing of the completed network installation. IT Audit

We perform an IT Audit which is helpful if you are unsure of your IT infrastructure capabilities. During the IT Audit we will check the stability of the system, interconnection with other systems, security issues, virus protection and backup policy. On completion we will advise you the status of the system, how your system can be improved and allow us to determine the level of support you are likely to require. We can customize the IT Audit to find exactly what information you require.

Design

We cover all network architecture including wired and wireless, LAN and WAN, peer to peer and server-based network.

Installation

We supply and install structured cabling, trunking, hubs, switches & routers. Installation and configuration of server & client PC, installation and updating all Windows security patches and service packs and software applications to the final testing of the completed network installation.

Support

Once the installation has been completed to the client's satisfaction, we offer to provide the right level of support package to meet your needs.
