Pricing information

PCGLOW offers a complete support package for home and business users for computers, printers and networking services. Our support package agreement offers is flexible and we can customize and tailor the support options to meet your needs.

If you are unsure whether we can offer you the maintenance, repair or support service you are looking for, please email us and we can discuss your needs and arrange an individual package to give you the right level of support at a price you can afford.

Pay As We Fix repair service

Under this arrangement you only pay for each service we provide, as and when we provide it. There are no standing charges and we will always advise you of the cost before carrying out any repair work. We charge £30 per hour for Home Users (from £50 per hour for Business Users) plus parts.

The following is a guideline for approximate labour costs (excluding parts) for some of the standard services we offer. Individual detailed pricing estimates are available on request.

We also offer block hours of 5, 10 or 20 hours of Pay As We Fix repair service that enable you to purchase in advance at a discounted rate.

Referral Bonus

If you recommend us to a friend, for any Pay As We Fix repair service that is undertaken as a result of your referral, we will pay you 10% referral bonus as a thank you gesture.

Hardware Maintenance Support Package

This is the standard maintenance contract just like an insurance policy, the customer pays upfront and is completely covered for hardware breakdown, email support, telephone support and on-site visits.Annual contracts are available from as little as £199 per year per computer. A 10% discounted rate is applied for each additional computer. Typical laptop cost £350 per annum.Printers can be added to this support package at a discounted rate.

Software Support Package

Customer pays upfront and is completely covered for selected software applications including Microsoft Windows products, Microsoft Security patches and Service Packs, Software Updates, Installation/configuration Windows,Data Recovery, Virus/spyware removal, PC Health Checks, Installation, maintenance and upgrade, Windows Troubleshooting.Annual contracts are available at £199 per year per computer. Again 10% discounted rate applied for each additional computer.Remote Desktop support can be added to this support package at a discounted rate.

Network Support Package

Again similar to an insurance policy, customers pay upfront and PCGLOW provides support for the network, we take care of the overall health of the network (anticipating, preventing and solving the problems, cable testing, troubleshooting including onsite visits, email support, telephone support and remote desktop support.PCGLOW will calculate this contract fee based on expected volume of support required depending on size and complexity of your systems.
