Who are we?

PCGLOW is a computer repair and maintenance company based in Farnborough (Hampshire), for Home and Business Users covering South Eastern England.

Most of our business still comes from word of mouth and business referral. We believe that by keeping our overheads low and offering a fast, affordable and efficient service we will continue to grow and continue to improve the services we offer our clients.

At PCGLOW we believe in a quality service that will satisfy clients. We aim to earn loyalty and respect from our clients so that they do not hesitate to call us when needed. We do not take our clients for granted, and as a thank you gesture, we will pay 10% referral bonus to each client who refers us to a friend who then makes use of our services. The bonus is paid after each referral job is completed.

PCGLOW offers a complete range of IT services , from PC / Laptop repairs to printer repairs, live remote desktop support, PC Health Checks, network support and web design to full IT consultancy. We pride ourselves in getting things right first time and delivering a quality service.

We offer different support packages designed and tailored to meet your requirements and options including:

A Pay As We Fix support option for those who prefer to pay for each service they use. Sometimes one off payments are a more affordable option (cheaper than most computer repair companies) and we provide a fast and reliable service. If we cannot fix it (which is very rare), we will not charge you!

Our maintenance support packages are just like an insurance policy, customers pays up-front and are completely covered for the term of the maintenance agreement. Our maintenance contracts are very flexible and cost effective. We take great care of your computers, laptops and / or printers, maintaining and upgrading the equipment and replacing parts when necessary. These maintenance contracts offer our customers complete peace of mind at a very competitive cost. We can customize and tailor any maintenance options to provide the right level of support package to meet your needs.
