Pay As We Fix option can be expensive for on-going IT support hence support contract is cost effective management of your IT infrastructure.

PCGLOW offers several support packages including Hardware Maintenance, Software and Network Support packages

Hardware Maintenance Support Package

This is the standard maintenance contract just like an insurance policy and is completely covered for hardware breakdown, this includes re-installation of client’s supplied operating system (Microsoft Windows only) if necessary. Loan PC is available if on-site repair is not achieved, to ensure that the client’s business is not affected. Printers and peripherals can be added to this support contract at a discounted rate.

Software Support Package

PCGLOW covers selected software applications including Microsoft Windows products, Microsoft Security patches and Service Packs, Software Updates,  installation/configuration Windows, Data Transfer/Recovery, Virus/Spyware removal, PC Health Checks and Windows Troubleshooting. Remote Desktop Support can be added to this support package at a discounted rate.

Network Support Package

PCGLOW provides support for the network, we take care of the overall health of the network (anticipating, preventing and solving the problems, cable testing,troubleshooting including onsite visits, email support, telephone support and remote desktop support.PCGLOW will calculate this contract fee based on expected volume of support required depending on size and complexity of your systems.
